Welcome to Unity!

We're so glad you found us.

Visiting a new church can be intimidating, but we want you to feel welcome.

Here's some information you may find helpful to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.

Location

Unity is located just south of 44th street between Eastern and Kalamazoo Ave in Kentwood. The main door is on the lower level where you will find the fellowship hall, kitchen, coat rooms and stairs. Take the stairs or elevator up to the second level for the sanctuary, offices and classrooms. Greeters are stationed at the front door on Sunday mornings and will be happy to welcome you and show you around.

Accessibility

We have several handicap parking spaces located near the front door. The elevator is located just inside the front door as are handicap accessible bathrooms.

Kids

We provide a nursery for infant through age 2, staffed with volunteers from the congregation.

Children's Worship is an age appropriate worship service for ages 3 to second grade. The children are dismissed following the offering at the front of the sanctuary. You can retrieve them after the worship service from room #102 downstairs.

Children's Bulletins and crayons are available for kids outside the sanctuary.

Worship

Our morning service starts at 9:30am and is a blend of traditional and contemporary. You'll see anything from ties to t-shirts. Please join us after worship for coffee downstairs in the fellowship hall and cafe area. We'd love to get to know you!

Sunday School

11-12pm September through May, We invite you to go deeper in your faith with one of our Sunday School classes for all ages. Classes run from September through May, from 11am-12 pm. Here is a list of current class offerings.
